  Rail Road Tycoon: This game resembles Transport Tycoon in a way, but it only involves trains, rather than an entire transport enterprise. You start with $100,000 and have to build the railways and then deliver passengers, mail, petrol, e.t.c you compete against three others companies, and have to become the richest, and most successful railroad tycoon. 9/10  sys. Championship Manager 2: Most people would think that this is a game for football fans, but that is a load of rubbish. It is a bit easier if you have a knowledge of some players, because you know who's good and who's not, but even if you don't you can check the on game stats. The idea is to successfully manage an English/Scottish, buying, selling the players, taking over other teams, and generally doing what a football manager does. 10/10    sys. requirements: 486, 8MB and win 95/MS DOS  cost: £5

worms: more of a comedy than a strategy, but still a good game. The idea is direct a squadron of commando worms, to blow up your opponents using a whole artillery of weapons. The sound FX are funny, the videos are funny, in fact, most of the game is funny.    7/10  sys. Requirements: 486, 8MB, MS DOS    cost £5

Sim City:  In this game, you are given a city, with transport, buildings, industries, etc and you are the mayor. The people in the town, tell you what they want/need, and your job as mayor, is to provide for them.  5/10  sys.Requirements  486, win 95  cost £5
